1. Delivery Locations
Floriel Kids currently ships to all atolls within the Maldives only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the Maldives, we are unable to process your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is MVR 50 for all orders. Orders totalling MVR 500 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your atoll. Deliveries to Malé are typically faster (1–2 business days). Remote atolls may take up to 5 business days.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order ID and photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement as appropriate.
