All purchases made on Floriel Kids are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the cases described below. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if the order is confirmed lost.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure all details — including your delivery address and item selections — are correct before completing checkout.

5. Quality Commitment

Every product we sell is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. All items meet international child safety standards and are made from non-toxic, child-safe materials.
